Nishat Jones is a results oriented marketing leader with 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, integrated communications and project management. She has demonstrated the ability to lead teams, engage stakeholders in program development and work simultaneously across multiple brands, customer segments and geographies. Nishat is consistently recognized for her ability to strategize and plan initiatives on a global basis, innovative direct marketing programs, alignment of marketing activities with sales/business development and the ability to build consensus among teams. Her expertise lies in developing and executing corporate strategies to increase profitability.
In her free time, Nishat enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, mentoring business professionals and staying ahead of Marketing trends. She also has a passion for working with young kids that develop diabetes (like she did at the age of 6) and spends time working with those kids as well as donating time to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) in hopes of finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.

What's your favorite pastime?
My favorite pastime is cooking. I enjoy cooking as it has allowed me to experience and learn about new cultures. I love to learn new recipes from locals and pick up cookbooks when I am traveling. The ingredients in foods from other countries are always intriguing and interesting to learn about. It is always exciting to see how food brings people together and how food is a central focus in many cultures. By cooking new foods, I get to learn about cultures, travel, learn foreign languages and best of all I get to experience tasting wonderful cuisines!
Do you have a upcoming project(s):
I have a few upcoming projects that will be great to differentiate Victory Packaging in the industry. The first is the completion and launch of our Design and Engineering video. We have a top notch Design and Engineering department that is a true differentiator for us and it will be exciting to launch the video and see the responses we receive based on those capabilities.
The second project is SEO and continuing to optimize our website. When I started 3 years ago, we had 0 non-branded keywords that placed in the top 2 pages of Google searches and we now have over 200. My goal is to get to 300 by the end of this year.
Lastly I implemented and launched HubSpot CRM across our Sales teams at the end of 2016 and am seeing great results so far and will continue to monitor activity as it is helping our sales team close leads much faster than we have previously done.
